All our gift vouchers feature a unique voucher number which may only be redeemed once.
Gift vouchers may not be exchanged for cash nor replaced if lost or stolen and they are non-transferable.
The validity of all gift vouchers starts from the day of purchase & expire after 12 months.
The gift voucher must be presented upon arrival when redeeming the voucher. Please note, advance bookings may be necessary.
Cancellation of a pre-booking with less than 72 hours before the day of arrival will render the voucher null & void.
The hotel reserves the right to substitute a purchased voucher for a voucher of the same value and to substitute items listed within the voucher for items of equal value.
Most gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, but please check the specific voucher you have for the expiration date. Vouchers may not be redeemed after the expiry date.
For Afternoon Tea, treatments & certain pre-paid events, your gift voucher will be used as a deposit. If you cancel within the cancellation period, the voucher value is no longer redeemable.
Vouchers can be used in December & for other special events, but a supplement for the price difference will apply & is payable upon booking. Please check with our team for more details.
If you choose postal delivery, please allow 5 working days for the gift voucher to be delivered by Royal Mail. However, please note that UK First Class post does not guarantee delivery within the above timescales and cannot be traced if it goes missing. Please be aware of any postal strikes that may effect delivery of your voucher.
For email delivery, an automatic email with the gift voucher will be sent as soon as the transaction is completed. This can either be sent to the purchaser or the recipient. Please note that you can delay the delivery of the email using the calendar, but this does not extend the validity of the voucher which is from the date of purchase.
